Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management leading complex technology projects in large organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence across cross-functional teams and clients.
• Advanced proficiency applying technical fluency to lead programs across platforms, services, and dependencies.
• Experience managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
• Analytical reasoning and problem-solving to break down objectives into executable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive program and project plans (scope, milestones, dependencies, technical interfaces, and delivery approach).
• Own outcomes end-to-end; surface issues, drive decisions, and implement corrective actions to protect delivery, quality, and stakeholder trust.
• Use AI capabilities to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis, validate outputs, and handle data per sensitivity requirements.
• Identify and mitigate risks early; maintain RAID and contingency plans to preserve momentum.
• Drive execution rigor with thorough planning, follow-through, and removal of blockers across teams.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business/risk stakeholders to define scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Use data to assess program health, identify improvements, and implement optimizations.
• Champion problem-solving practices, align stakeholders, and resolve complex cross-functional issues.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance and reporting with human oversight.
