Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management in a large organization.
• Advanced expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional influence across teams and clients.
• Experience leading complex technology programs across shared platforms, services, and dependencies.
• Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and influence high-performing agile teams.
• Analytical reasoning to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into tasks.
• Technical fluency across software/system delivery lifecycles, APIs, data flows, release processes.
• Ability to engage engineering teams on design dependencies and tradeoffs without direct people management.
• Experience decomposing complex initiatives into executable plans with risk mitigation.
• Experience using enterprise AI capabilities with validation and awareness of data sensitivity.
• Ability to review AI-assisted plans and escalate when uncertain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive program and project plans to drive timely, predictable delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Own outcomes end-to-end; surface issues, drive decisions, and implement corrective actions.
• Use enterprise AI capabilities to accelerate planning and risk synthesis with proper validation.
• Identify and mitigate risks early; maintain RAID and contingency plans.
• Drive execution rigor with thorough planning, follow-through, and removal of blockers.
• Partner with engineering, product, and business/risk stakeholders to define scope and success metrics.
• Use data and analytics to assess program health and optimize efficiency.
• Champion problem-solving, align stakeholders, and drive resolution of cross-functional issues.
• Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted governance with human review and data handling adherence.
