Job summary

Chase is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead high-visibility programs across Consumer and Community Banking Operations from Columbus. You will plan, coordinate, and drive teams to deliver across complex initiatives with a focus on value and risk management.

The role requires experience in agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to deliver measurable outcomes that elevate customer experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of related Program or Project Management experience.
• Broad project / implementation delivery experience with relevant tools, processes, and best practices.
• Experience delivering projects in agile, waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple efforts, resources, and address issues timely.
• Demonstrated initiative and creativity for timely execution; strategic thinker with analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage fast-paced, complex, cross-functional programs or projects with significant business impact.
• Define key roles and responsibilities and ensure resources are assigned throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and manage integrated plans, providing regular progress communications to stakeholders.
• Lead teams to deliverables, resolve issues/risks, and agree on scope and milestones.
• Establish best practices and drive continuous improvement in Program/Project Management.
• Ensure programs/projects comply with Risk, Control, and firm-wide guidelines.
