The Lead Technical Product Manager will shepherd an ultra-compact AI workstation from concept to mass production, ensuring strict thermodynamic and acoustic targets while coordinating aggressive ODM schedules.

The role requires navigating C0–C6 gates, defending thermal headroom, and delivering a zero-throttle, high-performance platform for enterprise AI workloads.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical product management or systems engineering within the OEM PC, workstation, or server hardware space.
• Proven track record managing complex hardware lifecycles with Asian ODMs, involving high-wattage desktop or SFF integration.
• Deep understanding of thermodynamics, PC architecture, stage-gate manufacturing (C0-C6), and acoustic normalization.

Responsibilities

• Execute the Stage-Gate Protocol: Drive C0 to C6 stage-gate execution for the ultra-compact workstation line, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Enforce Zero Throttling: Validate sustained stock clocks at flat maximum load with no throttle dwell time.
• Defend the Acoustic Floor: Maintain a strict noise floor with custom chassis and push-pull fans under long LLM inference loops.
• Integrate Next-Gen Componentry: Oversee integration of custom high-density logic boards, high-wattage power supplies, and advanced cooling.
