Job summary

MAS HVAC is seeking a Senior Product Manager for liquid cooling solutions serving data centers, AI infrastructure, and high-density computing environments. You will own the product roadmap, translate customer needs into specifications, and guide development from concept to launch, aligning engineering, sales, and leadership to achieve strategic objectives.

The role requires 3–5 years in hardware product management.

Qualifications

3–5 years of Product Management experience in a hardware, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
Experience owning complex, engineered products end‑to‑end.
Strong understanding of product strategy, portfolio management, and lifecycle execution.
Cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and operations.
Ability to learn new technical domains quickly (liquid cooling).

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and roadmap for liquid cooling and advanced thermal solutions.
Lead market analysis focusing on data center, AI, and high‑density computing cooling requirements.
Translate customer and end‑user needs into clear product requirements.
Guide new product development from concept to launch with performance targets and scalability.
Partner with engineering to prioritize development efforts and manage tradeoffs.
Support sales with product positioning, use cases, and differentiation.
Monitor product performance, margins, and adoption across markets.
