Position Overview

The Role: Architect of the Mobile Edge

We are seeking a highly technical PM to lead the development of our flagship mobile AI workstation. Standard mobile compute is currently choked by memory walls and forced into artificial throttling. You will lead the development of the ultimate on-the-go interface for developers prototyping offline AI agents. This role requires you to orchestrate the integration of highly complex internal thermal architectures and massive unified memory arrays into a portable form factor without sacrificing our acoustic and thermal wedge.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Drive Advanced Cooling Integration: Manage the engineering execution of a bespoke high-capacity internal thermal loop that rejects massive heat loads without relying on external docks.
• Sustain the Load: Ensure the system is tuned for continuous, ultra-high wattage draw while retaining 100% of its clocks over sustained periods.
• Defend the Acoustic Floor: Hold the ODM accountable to a strict acoustic floor under maximum inference rendering loads.
• Overcome the Memory Wall: Manage the integration of next-generation, high-bandwidth unified memory architectures to ensure vast context windows for local models.

How to Succeed in This Role

• Metallurgical Defiance: You do not chase superficial design trends; you understand that achieving true, unthrottled performance requires optimizing structural density and thermal mass.
• Cross-Functional Agility: You must seamlessly coordinate between Principal Thermal-Mechanical Engineers and Firmware Leads to ensure the hardware responds dynamically to flat LLM inference loads rather than fluctuating gaming benchmarks.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years in technical product management, specifically managing high-performance notebook or mobile workstation development.
• Industry: Deep experience with mobile ODM ecosystems, custom chassis tooling, and advanced mobile thermal solutions (vapor chambers, heat pipes, micro-pumps).
• Expertise: Strong command of mobile SOC architecture, memory topologies, and firmware power states (PL1/PL2).
