Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is look­ing for a Lead Teacher who will guide and mentor fellow teachers while delivering KinderCare's curriculum. You will create a safe, nurturing space for children to learn and grow, and partner with families to support their child’s development.

The role requires CDA or eligibility, experience in early childhood education, CPR/First Aid, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills are required.
• Active CDA Credential or eligibility for NAEYC candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid certifications or willingness to obtain.
• 2–3 years of Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum to meet each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support child care and education goals.
• Contribute to enrollment, accreditation, and engagement goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, licensing, and partners.
