Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to lead classrooms, coach peers, and deliver KinderCare's curriculum while supporting families and students daily. You will create a warm, engaging environment that fosters learning and safety and partner with parents to ensure high-quality care.

Ideal candidates bring experience in early childhood education, CDA or state credentials, and a commitment to ongoing professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to multi‑task effectively.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success; collaborate with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
