Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor teachers, implement curriculum, and create a safe, engaging classroom where children can grow and learn. You will partner with families and staff to drive enrollment, accreditation, and community engagement.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of early childhood experience, a CDA credential or ongoing candidacy, and a passion for supporting children’s education in a collaborative setting.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational abilities.
• NAEYC candidacy or CDA credential required or in process.
• Preferred state trainer qualification.
• 2-3 years experience in early childhood education.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Willingness to meet state qualifications and CPR/First Aid.
• Ability to use a computer and assist with activities indoors or outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor teachers in your classroom and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
• Engage with parents to support child development.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, staff, authorities, and partners.
