You’ll partner with parents, work with center staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals, and build positive relationships with families and community partners. This role supports our mission to provide high-quality early childhood education across our centers.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• Read, write, understand and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum in line with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to support children's education and development.
• Support center goals around enrollment and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, licensure authorities, and community partners.
