KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide and support a classroom of young learners, delivering engaging activities and building a safe, nurturing environment.

You will implement the curriculum, mentor less experienced teachers, and partner with families to support each child’s growth, while aligning with licensing and center goals. This role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in early childhood education with 2–3 years preferred.
• Active CDA Credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Ability to use a computer and lift at least 40 pounds; indoor/outdoor work.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills; multi-task effectively.
• English communication with children and their parents.

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners
