Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to coach and mentor fellow teachers, implement our curriculum, and build a safe, nurturing classroom where children learn through play.

You will partner with families to support each child’s development, collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment goals, and engage with licensing authorities and the community to promote high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities are required.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support center success by collaborating with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
