Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of successful classroom teaching.

• Valid State Teaching Certification.
• Mentor certification currently or commitment to earn upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve on the school leadership team to shape the school's academic vision and goals.
• Liaise between administration and instructional staff to champion innovative practices.
• Provide direction for county curriculum initiatives and align with district goals; translate changes into classroom strategies.
• Serve as a certified mentor and provide instructional coaching and peer observations.
• Model advanced instructional strategies, including technology integration and data-driven differentiation.
