Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide and support classrooms. You’ll mentor staff, implement the curriculum, and foster a safe, engaging environment for young learners.

You will collaborate with families and school partners to promote student growth, enrollment, and program quality. A CDA credential or state qualification is preferred, CPR/First Aid is encouraged, and English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and organization skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task and respond to varied situations effectively.
• Must meet state qualifications for the role or be willing to obtain them.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success with enrollment, accreditation and engagement goals.
• Build positive relationships with families, licensing authorities, and community partners.
