KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Lead Teacher to guide and mentor teachers, implement the curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with families to ensure high-quality care and education.

The role calls for strong customer service and organizational skills, with preferred CDA or NAEYC candidacy and 2–3 years of early childhood experience. English communication with families is essential.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service and organizational abilities.
• CDA Credential active or NAEYC candidacy preferred.
• 2–3 years Early Childhood Education experience preferred.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare curriculum to fit each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities and partners.
