Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to lead and mentor in the classroom, implement the company’s curriculum, and create a safe, nurturing environment for children. You will partner with parents to support learning and contribute to the center’s enrollment and accreditation goals.

Applicants should have strong customer service, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task. A CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy is preferred, with state trainer approval preferred as well.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and the ability to manage multiple situations.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE is preferred.
• State trainer approval preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor teachers in the classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement curriculum consistent with each child’s needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Collaborate with parents to support children’s education and care.
• Support center goals around enrollment, accreditation and engagement.
• Build positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
