KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Lead Teacher to mentor fellow teachers, implement the company’s curriculum, and create a safe, engaging classroom environment. You will partner with parents to ensure excellent care and education while supporting enrollment and accreditation goals.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, organization, and English communication skills, with preferred credentials in CPR/First Aid and state trainer status. Flexible qualifications may apply.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, multitasking ability.
• Active English reading/writing/speaking to communicate with children/parents.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred).
• Approved state trainer (preferred).
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; partner with staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
