Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Collects taxes over the counter and by mail.
• Writes receipts; enters payments into computer.
• Balances record against receipts and balances cash drawer daily.
• Researches tax records for deed certifications and uses software to certify deeds.
• Uses collection remedies to collect delinquent taxes.
• Correlates tax bills to property parcels and assists in answering questions from taxpayers and attorneys.
