Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) seeks a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field crews on Braddock-area projects. You will supervise site activities, coordinate with customers, vendors and subcontractors, and drive safety, quality and productivity on every job.

You are expected to manage field scope changes, mentor crew members, and ensure workmanship meets our standards while delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving and proactive improvement mindset.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt on a construction site.
• Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Legal ability to work in the United States; background checks may be required.

Responsibilities

• Foreman provides site supervision and senior leadership on PTS projects.
• Act as primary contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors onsite.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity throughout the project.
• Identify field scope changes and assist in change orders.
• Lead safety initiatives and foster a safety culture on the jobsite.
• Ensure quality workmanship and minimize rework on projects.
• Improve field productivity and complete projects on time and within budget.
• Balance customer expectations with project profitability and scope control.
• Share craft knowledge across welding, structural erection, tank repair, and related work.
