Job summary

BOK Financial seeks a Talent Development Consultant II to strengthen enterprise talent development processes, programs, and tools. You will partner with leaders, HR partners, and Talent & Organizational Development colleagues to deliver practical, user‑centered talent solutions that improve performance and leadership effectiveness.

You will coordinate talent processes, facilitate talent reviews and calibration sessions, guide leaders on performance and succession planning, and support talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, Organizational Development, Education, Psychology, or related field
• 5+ years in talent management, leadership development, or related HR disciplines
• Experience facilitating meetings and coordinating enterprise programs or processes

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise talent and development processes across the organization.
• Facilitate talent reviews, calibration sessions, and leader discussions.
• Guide leaders on performance, development, and succession planning.
• Support talent technology processes, training, and adoption efforts.
• Create and maintain talent resources, tools, and documentation.
• Analyze data and feedback to improve talent programs.
• Identify trends and recommend enhancements to employee experiences.
• Support talent initiatives through planning, coordination, and execution.
