Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR and business management experience.
• Experience in client management around strategic HR issues such as talent management and employee relations.
• Proven track record in developing strategy and driving change to achieve business results.
• Strong MS Excel skills with complex pivot tables, data manipulation and lookups.
• Ability to create concise, senior-level PowerPoint presentations.
• Strong analytical skills with large data sets.
• Proven project management experience with priorities, delivery and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic delivery of Enterprise and LOB HR priorities across talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and engagement.
• Apply operational excellence and inclusion across HR processes.
• Partner with leaders to align programs with Enterprise culture and conduct principles; act as trusted advisor.
• Lead headcount reporting, analytics, and budget/expense oversight; support cross-HR initiatives.
• Collaborate with compensation and talent acquisition to provide guidance on employee compensation.
• Leverage HR data reports to inform strategic decisions.
