Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Lead Systems Engineer to guide the Battlespace Awareness team, overseeing multi-target tracking, data fusion, and mission planning across CO and MA sites. You will set technical direction, mentor engineers, and ensure robust software through simulations and real-world data.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering or systems integration/test experience.
• 1+ year of direct people management experience.
• Strong Python skills for data parsing, analysis, and visualization.
• Reading/Reasoning in C++ or Rust; coding not required full-time.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of engineers, including hiring and performance reviews.
• Set technical direction for scenario design and analysis across simulations.
• Own the metrics strategy and drive engineering decisions with leadership.
• Represent the team in customer engagements and demos, as a technical voice.
• Drive root-cause analysis of system behavior and influence architecture.
