Job summary

Anduril Industries in Waltham, MA is hiring a Systems Engineer to join the Battlespace Awareness Command and Control Software team. You will develop and validate advanced algorithms for tracking, sensor/effector management, and battlespace optimization, interfacing with multiple hardware and software layers to deliver robust C2 solutions.

You will decompose requirements across teams, create test plans, and provide data-driven insights from simulations and field data, owning end-to-end system

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hardware and software systems engineering experience.
• Model based systems engineering in program lifecycle using tools listed.
• Proficiency in Python for data parsing, modeling and visualization.
• Knowledge of statistics, AI/ML, requirements, testing, and MBSE.
• Ability to communicate complex findings to developers and customers.
• U.S. work authorization and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and validation of algorithmic capabilities for tracking and sensor/effector management.
• Bridge system design, requirements management, modeling & simulation, and V&V activities.
• Integrate capabilities into new products and lead requirements decomposition.
• Develop test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools for performance evaluation.
• Own end-to-end system solutions and ensure alignment with customer requirements.
