Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hardware and software systems engineering experience.
• Demonstrated use of model based systems engineering in program lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Python for data parsing, modeling & simulation, data analysis, and visualization.
• Strong foundation in statistics and ML, requirements, testing, and MBSE.
• Experience applying engineering standards into processes or requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly to developers, system leads, and customers.
• Eligible to work in the United States; up to 25% travel; eligible for active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate advanced modeling and simulation frameworks to assess algorithmic performance and test system capabilities across scenarios.
• Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams and define success amid ambiguity.
• Scope ideal system laydown, scrutinize system performance, and ensure deployed systems meet customer requirements.
• Own end-to-end systems with the ability to identify and fix cross-cutting issues and drive to a final outcome.
