Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Battlespace Awareness team in Broomfield, CO and Waltham, MA. You will develop and verify C2 software, run simulations, and craft tooling to turn complex, real-world data into actionable performance insights.

You'll define metrics, lead demos for customers, mentor engineers, and push for engineering rigor in a fast-moving environment with opportunities for impact on mission-critical defense tech.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering or software systems integration and test experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Strong Python skills for data parsing, analysis, and visualization.
• Ability to read and reason about C++ or Rust.

Responsibilities

• Design, run, and analyze scenarios in simulated and real-world data sets.
• Define and own the metrics strategy and instrumentation.
• Lead customer demonstrations and present technical judgments to customers.
• Characterize and explain system behavior to inform architectural decisions.
• Build data analysis and observability tooling and automate CI/CD pipelines.
• Set direction across seams and mentor engineers on integration and testing best practices.
