Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of hardware and software systems engineering experience.
• Model based systems engineering in program lifecycle with tools like JAMA, Cameo, Matlab, Simulink, AFSIM.
• Proficiency with Python for data parsing, modeling, and visualization.
• Strong foundations in statistics, AI/ML, MBSE and testing.
• Experience applying engineering standards in processes or requirements.
• Collaborative work across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate complex technical findings clearly.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• US work authorization and willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Eligible for U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate advanced algorithmic capabilities including tracking and sensor management.
• Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams.
• Define system laydown and ensure deployed system meets customer requirements.
• Own end-to-end systems and resolve cross-seam issues to achieve outcomes.
