Job summary

Anduril Industries in Waltham, MA is seeking a Systems Engineer to join the Battlespace Awareness team. You will work on tactical sense and decision-making software that integrates with multiple compute and sensor/effector configurations for C2 products.

You will lead requirements decomposition, develop validation plans, and ensure the end-to-end system meets customer needs across varied mission scenarios. This role requires US work authorization and up to 25% travel, with a path to security

Qualifications

5+ years of hardware and software systems engineering in related fields.
Experience with model-based systems engineering tools (JAMA, Cameo, Matlab, Simulink, AFSIM).
Proficiency in Python for data parsing, modeling, and visualization.
Strong knowledge of Statistics, AI/ML, MBSE and requirements.
Ability to communicate complex findings to developers, leads, and customers.
US work authorization and willingness to travel up to 25%.
Eligible for active US Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop and validate advanced algorithmic capabilities for tracking, sensor/effector management, battlespace optimization, and threat forecasting.
Lead requirements decomposition across cross-functional teams and define success in the face of ambiguity.
Develop test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools using simulation and field data.
Own end-to-end systems, identifying and solving problems across seams to reach a defined outcome.
