Form Energy is hiring a Senior Staff Test Engineer to lead our system level and interface level verification testing efforts for our battery products. You will mentor engineers, develop test strategies, and work with design teams to improve robustness and reliability.

Relocation assistance is available. You will drive test execution schedules across multiple sites and coordinate with external labs as needed, while championing safety and rigorous analysis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of deep technical experience in Test Engineering and data analysis.
• Experience leading complex hardware verification programs.
• Ability to translate test results into actionable engineering insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, prototyping, and testing of subsystem interfaces to ensure performance.
• Architect test profiles and strategies to mitigate technical risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Test and Design teams.
• Develop internal tools and standardized data workflows to scale testing.
