Qualifications

• 10+ years of deep technical experience in Test Engineering and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, prototyping and testing of subsystem interfaces for battery products.
• Oversee test execution and data processing to meet milestones.
• Mentor engineers and drive safety and lab processes.
• Coordinate test schedules across Form Energy sites and external labs.
• Partner with Design teams to translate test failures into design improvements.
