Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent required.
• 3 years’ experience prepping and preparing sushi in a high-volume restaurant.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for a collaborative kitchen environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8 hours.
• Valid Food Handler’s card and willingness to work in a smoking environment.
• Commitment to health and safety policies.

Responsabilités

• Promotes superior guest service.
• Maintains a positive organizational culture per Spirit and Core Values.
• Check quality of fish and materials upon delivery and before prep.
• Follow leadership orders and lead middle-section operations.
• Assist other sushi chefs by taking guest orders and improving skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
