Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM II) to lead program-level supply chain management for high-profile DoD/A&D programs. You will oversee SCPMs, manage labor and budgets, and coordinate with engineering, procurement, and program offices to ensure on-time, cost-effective deliveries.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering with 9+ years in operations or related areas, advanced procurement knowledge, and experience with DFx/DFSC initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis Technical/Engineering concentration.
• 9+ years of experience in operations or related area.
• Knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.
• Experience with DoD/A&D sectors and high-tech procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCPMs and SCPMs I supervision and guidance.
• Oversee programmatic and technical meetings with subcontractors.
• Develop supply chain strategies and stress-test against program requirements.
• Prepare and present status and risk to senior leadership.
