Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead program-level supply chain activities for complex ISR, aviation and C4ISR programs. You will supervise SCPCs, drive program requirements, budgets and schedules, and collaborate with subcontract leads, engineering, and program offices to ensure on-time, cost-effective performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with technical/engineering concentration.
• 7+ years of experience in operations or related area or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of SCPCs and participate in programmatic/technical meetings.
• Develop program-level supply chain management plans and robust sourcing strategies.
• Coordinate between procurement, subcontract management and program teams to ensure schedules and milestones.
• Lead or support Make/Buy assessments and provide input into proposals and budgets.
• Develop and maintain supplier performance metrics and risk mitigation plans.
