Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Program Manager to drive strategic program management across DoD/aerospace projects in the United States. You will oversee multiple SCPMs/SCPCs, guide sourcing strategies, and coordinate with engineering and procurement to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.

The role requires extensive procurement experience, DoD/industry knowledge, and strong leadership to implement DFSC and DPTC approaches while maintaining security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical/Engineering or related field is required.
• 11+ years experience in operations or related area are preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement processes and contract management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage supply chain program activities, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical objectives are met.
• Oversee SCPMs and SCPCs, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate with suppliers, and manage SSOW/SDRLs to support program goals.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, subcontract management, and other teams to align requirements and delivery.
