Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation (SNC) is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Program Manager in Plano, TX to lead supply chain strategies for complex programs. You will oversee SCPMs and SCPCs, develop sourcing and negotiation plans, and ensure cost, schedule, and performance targets are met across large, multi-disciplinary programs.

Ideal candidates have 11+ years in procurement and program management within DoD/A&D contexts, with strong leadership, collaboration, and EVMS capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical/engineering field is required.
• 11+ years of experience in operations or related area.
• Extensive knowledge of procurement processes and contract management principles.
• DoD/A&D sector experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• May supervise SCPCs and SCPMs; provide oversight on job responsibilities.
• Develop and maintain staffing plans; ensure workforce planning.
• Lead programmatic/technical meetings with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and oversee supply chain plans, risk management, and KPIs.
• Lead or participate in make/buy assessments and SSOW/SDRL development.
