Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager to lead program-level supply chain management and technical responsibilities for supplier SOWs. You will oversee multiple SCPCs and collaborate with subcontract leads, engineering, and program staff to ensure cost, technical, and schedule performance.

Responsibilities include developing SCM plans, negotiating with suppliers, and leading DFSC efforts. Travel up to 25% and experience in DoD/aerospace strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis Technical/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in operations or related area (11 years if no degree).
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes and contract management principles.
• Experience in DoD/A&D sectors and aerospace.
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to travel ~25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead SCPC supervision and program reviews; interface with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and implement Program-level SCM plan and negotiation strategies.
• Lead DFSC initiatives and Design to Product Target Cost in development programs.
• Coordinate between supply chain teams to ensure schedules and milestones.
• Prepare and present status on cost, schedule, and performance metrics.
