Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced Supplier Quality Leader to manage on-site and off-site quality of suppliers, drive PPAP readiness, and lead corrective actions across the NAM hub. The role emphasizes collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to ensure quality across products and services.

Responsibilities include audits, supplier development, KPI management, and the execution of the Supplier360 framework to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of experience in related roles.
• Hands-on ownership of supplier issues and corrective actions.
• Experience with PPAP readiness processes and structured problem-solving (8D, DMAIC).

Responsibilities

• Manage operational supplier quality on-site and off-site.
• Execute supplier qualification and development processes.
• Lead Supplier Quality Wins integration and supplier assessments.
• Manage supplier KPIs and drive corrective actions for non-conformances.
• Support development of audit plans and lead audits with cross-functional teams.
