Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate subcontractors and field staff.
• Proficient in project management and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff on site.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, QA/QC and safety programs.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates site care, meetings, and project schedules.
• Tracks progress, budget and costs via project reports.
• Communicates project information to owners, design team.
