Job summary

Camp Olson YMCA is seeking a year-round Program Director to oversee daily summer programming, support recruitment and development of seasonal staff, and help strengthen programs from one season to the next.

You will work closely with the Camp Director and Assistant Director to create a positive experience for campers, staff, and guests, aligning activities with safety standards and YMCA mission.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with 3+ years of relevant camp experience.
• Experience leading teams and strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily summer programming.
• Support recruitment and development of seasonal staff.
• Collaborate with Camp Director and Assistant Director to strengthen programs.
