Job summary

A youth development organization is seeking a full-time Camp Director to oversee summer operations and year-round programs. Responsibilities include managing camp activities, recruiting staff, ensuring the well-being of campers, and coordinating with community partners. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, experience in camp management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for at-risk youth development. This position is predominantly remote in the offseason with in-person requirements during summer sessions.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of child development.
