Job summary

Pike Electric, LLC seeks a Substation Technician- A to join our field crew across multiple sites in the Southeast. The role involves construction, maintenance, and repair of substation equipment with a strong emphasis on safety and high-voltage systems.

The candidate must have 6–8 years of continuous experience with 525 kV and below equipment and be willing to travel, including to other states, to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Must possess a Commercial Drivers’ License.
• Ability to lead/coach subordinates on the crew.
• Proficient knowledge of substation systems and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor and operate around energized substations with safety.
• Climb and work at heights up to 125 feet.
• Travel to multiple sites and potentially move to another state as required.
