Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in power sector project execution
- Professional Engineer license (PE) recognized by licensing board
- Experience with substation outdoor design and yard layouts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the work of design engineers with a multidiscipline team
- Establish client relations and participate in meetings
- Assume technical lead within a project execution team
- Participate in reviews with governing agencies for code compliance
- Conduct design sessions at project sites with PM and other disciplines
- Coordinate workload to complete deliverables on schedule
- Mentor staff and direct activities of engineering professionals
- Perform other duties as needed
