Job summary

Pike Engineering seeks a senior engineering supervisor to lead a substation electrical/ Civil practice in Florida. You will supervise engineers, designers, CAD technicians and admin staff, guide project execution, ensure quality and safety, and drive client relations while meeting budget and schedule targets.

The role requires a PE license, ABET-accredited degree, and 5–7 years in substations; NCEES record preferred. Equal opportunity employer and non-union.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering (ABET-accredited)
• 7+ years engineering practice experience
• 5-7 years substation engineering experience
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) and NCEES record

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory and engineering/technical leadership to a multi-disciplinary team
• Lead projects and responsible charge engineering duties (sealing designs)
• Manage project schedules, revenue and profitability goals
• Recruitment, training, performance appraisal and succession planning
