Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer or the ability to be licensed within one year.

Responsibilities

• Lead protection and control design for utility substations and transmission projects.
• Create project scopes, estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Provide technical direction on complex engineering problems.
• Mentor designers/drafters and oversee junior staff.
• Support proposal development and cost estimating.
• Visit project sites and coordinate with clients and contractors.
• Ensure designs meet customer standards and quality.
