Job summary

Pike Engineering seeks an experienced Substation PE to lead electrical discipline work on substation and transmission projects in the Georgia area. You will supervise engineers and drafters, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure high-quality design and construction packages.

Requirements include a PE license or ability to obtain within a year, a 4-year electrical engineering degree (ABET-accredited), and 5–7 years in power delivery. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
• ABET-accredited engineering degree required.
• 5-7 years of engineering experience in power delivery and electrical industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead discipline work for projects and perform responsible charge engineering duties.
• Manage project schedules and budgets; support proposal development and cost estimating.
• Prepare technical reports, calculations, and sketches with accuracy.
• Interact with customers and internal engineers on a daily basis.
• Coordinate staff, assign tasks, and monitor deliverables.
