Qualifications

• 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an ABET/accredited program OR equivalent evaluation.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.

Responsibilities

• Advanced protection and control design for substation and transmission equipment.
• Lead design of protection schemes for bus, line, capacitor and transformer protection.
• Create P&C drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts; ensure design quality and accuracy.
• Lead SCADA design considerations for protection and control systems.
• Mentor and oversee junior engineers and drafters; manage project budgets and schedules.
• Prepare specifications and documents for engineering drawings; support proposal development.
