Pike Engineering is seeking a Senior Leader to provide leadership and management to a skilled team of substation engineers, designers, and CAD technicians. The role emphasizes development, training, performance reviews, and client engagement to deliver safe, cost-effective engineering and design services.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in substation engineering, a PE license, and a strong track record in project management, budgeting, and adherence to industry standards such as NESC and IEEE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering with ABET accreditation.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure required or in process.
• 10+ years of substation engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to engineering and design teams.
• Perform project management and controls on client projects.
• Ensure cost and utilization goals are met through planning and scheduling.
• Develop and maintain engineering standards, practices, and quality control.
• Recruitment, staff development, and client engagement responsibilities.
