Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Steward Supervisor to lead stewarding operations and ensure top cleanliness and safety across kitchen, restaurant, banquet, and bar areas.

You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and oversee equipment inventory to support exceptional guest service in a fast-paced casino environment. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 2 years in a hotel or high-volume kitchen, and flexibility with hours.

Qualifications

• Must-Haves: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two (2) years’ experience in a hotel or high volume kitchen area.
• Willingness and ability to be flexible with work schedule. May require extended hours and work week from time to time.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission for the position.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of staff to include interviewing, training, performance management, disciplinary counseling and conducting performance evaluations.
• Scheduling to assure staffing levels consistent with budget and at the level to enhance the Maryland Live Casino guest gaming experience.
• Controlling, issuing and inventory of all equipment used in the restaurant, banquet room, room service, and bars.
• Overseeing the cleaning and storage of all wares used in food and beverage.
• Schedule cleaning of kitchen and banquet storage and organizing inventory.
• Ensure the safety and security of all employees and guest.
• Other duties as assigned.
