Job summary

PENN Entertainment, Inc. in Lake Charles, LA seeks a Stewarding Supervisor to manage all steward operations across outlets, oversee scheduling, labor and inventory costs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will train staff, monitor equipment, and implement cost-control measures while upholding service standards. The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience in kitchen operations; a ServSafe or related safety training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage steward operations across all outlets.
• Oversee scheduling to ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Control labor and inventory costs.
• Maintain company assets and enforce safety regulations.
• Hire, train and develop employees; ensure compliance with policies.
• Maintain equipment maintenance and inventory for chemicals and tools.
• Communicate with management and staff; audit supplies and variances.
• Ensure proper inventories of china, glass, and utensils; reorder as needed.
• Ensure minimal labor while maintaining service standards.
• Prepare daily financial tools and reports; uphold safety standards.
