Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and zero to six months foodservice experience.
• Willingness and ability to be flexible with work schedule.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license as determined by the Maryland State Lottery and Gaming Commission.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated equipment, sinks, refrigerators/freezers, service areas, walls, floors, and related areas following sanitation requirements.
• Stock kitchen lines, restaurant service areas, and buffet lines with cleaned wares and equipment; handle carefully to prevent breakage.
• Transport garbage containers to dumpsters and maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Report damages, maintenance problems, or safety hazards to the supervisor and adhere to health, sanitization, and safety regulations.
