Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland seeks a Steward Supervisor to lead stewarding for our culinary and hospitality teams. You will ensure all kitchen and restaurant wares are cleaned, stored, and readily available, guiding the team to uphold high cleanliness standards and efficient operations.

You will schedule staff, supervise training, and manage inventory while enforcing safety, sanitation, and health standards in a fast-paced casino setting to deliver exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two (2) years’ experience in a hotel or high volume kitchen area.
• Flexibility with work schedule; extended hours may be required.
• Must obtain/maintain a valid gaming license per Maryland regs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, including interviewing, training, performance management, and evaluations.
• Schedule staffing to meet budget and guest-experience goals.
• Control, issue, and inventory restaurant equipment across locations (restaurant, banquet, room service, bars).
• Oversee cleaning and storage of wares used in food & beverage.
• Schedule kitchen/banquet storage cleaning and manage inventory.
• Ensure employee and guest safety and security.
• Other duties as assigned.
